The Agent Assist is a transaction management company designed to put more selling hours in your day, prepare and review your paperwork, ensure that you meet all contingency deadlines,  and help you close your transactions on time all while keeping your customer's needs met and providing a first-class experience.

The Agent Assist was founded to fill the need within the real estate industry for Realtors® and Brokers to free themselves from the rather mundane aspect of transaction management. We recognized the fact that this process generates enough time consuming work to prevent Realtors® from prospecting and getting the next deal going.

We are a team of highly-trained transaction coordinators whose focus is on the correct, complete paperwork, deadlines and exceeding your customer's experience. We have developed extensive workflow systems that allow us to manage the transaction process, so you can leverage your time to help more people and generate more profit. 

We set ourselves apart through our extensive knowledge, experience, and use of perfectly curated real estate transaction workflows. Our transaction coordinators stay up to date with the latest reports and change notices from the Florida Real Estate Commission®, Florida Realtors®, MLSs, and local boards. No matter how often new forms are added and old forms are changed, your transactions will always be up-to-date.
